The pandemic stay at home period was the big reason I haven’t hit the trails in forever. Today, nearly at the top of a mountain looking for a trail that never appeared, I stumbled across this poor collapsed shrine & I wonder if it was knocked out in the big typhoon last year that closed so many hiking trails, or if some other disaster befell this mountain…

… and I remember I have to check & see if any of the Kamakura trails are open again.
