I’ve probably done the ‘under the bridge’ Red Hot Chili Peppers reference more than a few times in the past for pictures like this, so let’s just simplify things with this title.

This is Daishi Bashi in Kawasaki, so named for its proximity to Kawasaki Daishi temple. It straddles the Tama river, linking Tokyo and Kawasaki. This bridge was completed in 2007, replacing an older structure that just wasn’t cutting the mustard.

There’s not a whole lot in this part of Kawasaki, but you can get a great view of Haneda airport on the other side of the river while you eat your lunch:
