I’d never been on a sleeper train before so taking a trip on the Sunrise Izumo / Sunrise Seto ( (サンライズ出雲 / サンライズ瀬戸 ) had been on my Japan bucket list for a while. When I was planning a trip in 2018 to visit Matsue castle, I had the perfect opportunity.
